How is the order delivered?

Our workshop is located in Kazakhstan, Almaty.We deliver orders worldwide using Kazpost mail. All parcels use airmail. We provide a tracking number for tracking.*As soon as the parcel passes customs check and leaves our country - you should track the order on the website of your local post office or on tracking sites.

Production time for individual orders

After placing an order, our team starts working on your order and completes it within 4 working days (Saturday and Sunday are days off)

Then your order is transferred to the post office, then we receive documents about the shipment and a tracking number

Is it possible to ruin jewelry?

We have been experimenting for 3 years and have found the right metal composition that does not scratch during normal use. You can swim and wear the jewelry without taking it off.

There are no special care conditions for the product.

*The chain may darken over time, for this you should clean it with any silver or jewelry cleaner - and it will become shiny again

Delivery times

Usually, delivery worldwide takes from 12 working days.

Logistics is carried out by air service Kazpost. In some cases, there is no direct direction to some countries. In this case, the terms may increase, as the goods will wait for transfer to another plane.

We have already delivered more than 3,000 orders. There have never been cases of loss of a parcel. There were cases of increase in delivery times, but the parcels always reached the recipient.
